TERMS OF ORDER

Som de flesta företag så har även vi beställningsvillkor, läs noggrant igenom vad som gäller vid bokning.

QUOTE

Our quotes contain a proposal describing what we deliver and an estimate of the price. A quote is valid for 30 days.

STAFF

Hourly charging applies from departure to arrival, with a minimum charge of 4 hours. A fixed fee of SEK 2,000 incl. VAT (2–12 people) or SEK 3,000 incl. VAT (13+ people) is added for the chef and transport for Active Cooking and Gourmet Home Cooking at the customer’s location.

A mileage allowance of SEK 30 per 10 km is added for distances over 30 km from Artillerigatan 55, Östermalm, Stockholm. For distances over 100 km a travel allowance of SEK 275 per hour is also added.

In case of a late finish and/or where public transport is unavailable, travel costs/taxi to the nearest subway station, bus stop, train station or home address are charged.

All social security contributions and taxes are included in the price.

All our staff are insured.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

For every booking we send an order confirmation by email. To eliminate the risk of misunderstandings we ask for a confirmation by email in return.

PAYMENT TERMS

Private customers: Payment on site or by bank transfer (bankgiro) no later than three banking days before.
Companies: VAT is added; payment is made against invoice, 10 days net after the assignment is completed.

Late fee: SEK 50 per reminder.
Penalty interest of 15% is charged on late payment.
For orders exceeding SEK 50,000, 50% is invoiced in advance.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation or change of a booking is free of charge up to 8 days before. After that, a charge for time and ingredients applies. For cancellation up to 7 days before, 50% of the amount is charged, and up to 48 hours before, 100% of the amount.
