Rent a Chef has chefs in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö. Our chefs also work at The Foodlab, our cooking studio in Vasastan, Stockholm.

When you contact us we need to know what you want to book, which date it concerns, how many guests you will be and where you are. The more you tell us, the faster we can send a proposal and a quote. We reply to enquiries by form, email and phone, and we get back to you as soon as we can.

Contact for private dinners, events and companies

For private individuals who want a chef at home, a short message with the date, number of guests and any allergies is enough. Companies that want catering, a kick-off, a conference or team building can contact us for a proposal that fits their budget and audience. We are happy to help you withcatering menus, kick-off cookingandconference cooking.

Allergies and food safety

Please state allergies and special diets in your message, and our chefs will plan the menu accordingly. We follow current guidelines for hygiene and food handling. You can also read more about us on the pageabout Rent a Chef.

We answer enquiries every day and usually reply the same day with suggestions for menu, set-up and price. Please tell us what you want to celebrate, how many of you there are, where the dinner will be held and whether there are allergies or other wishes. The more we know, the better the chef can plan, buy ingredients and prepare for the evening. We can also help with drinks, serving staff and table setting if you want to avoid thinking about practical details.
