Fully equipped conference room close to the city

You should never make important decisions on an empty stomach. That is why a conference in our venues is particularly suitable. Our venues are centrally located in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö and have all the equipment you need. Besides wireless internet there is of course an data projector, whiteboard and flip chart and other equipment needed for a conference.

In Stockholm you can hold your conference at The Foodlab, our event studio in Vasastan (up to 40 seated or 100 standing guests), or at The Cave. For smaller groups we also have the meeting rooms Chefs Club (up to 16 people at an oblong table) and Chambre Séparée (6–8 people at a round table), priced below.

You and your colleagues get a separate room where you can be undisturbed. Our venues are large and bright and we have every possible option for refreshments. See the price list below. Ending your conference with active cooking is a popular team-building activity. You cook together with our chefs. Depending on how long the conference lasts you can choose between cooking a one, two or three-course menu. We have our own seasonal menus to choose from, but we can of course adapt to your wishes.

We handle all types of allergies and intolerances. For vegans and vegetarians we of course have alternatives. For guests who for religious or other reasons do not eat, for example, pork, we substitute other ingredients.

Conference with a wide range of refreshments

You choose whether you only want the food served or whether you want to take part in cooking it with our chefs. The latter suits well as a team-building activity. We have a large number of tailored menus in our conference packages. Take a look at our buffets, for example. We can recommend our open sandwiches (smörrebröd), which are very popular.

We also offer the possibility to film the conference. If, for example, parts of the conference concern more people than the participants, we can either broadcast live or edit the film so that just the parts that concern a wider audience can be shown.
