The evening starts with a glass of sparkling wine and a suitable appetiser. The chef welcomes everyone and goes through the plan for the evening. You are divided into groups where each group cooks its own dish. When it is time to enjoy dinner, you try suitable wines with the dishes you have created during the evening.
